Papa John`s in Aurora

Friendly staff, quick service, good food, sitting area, parking.

They are the closest Papa John's to me, but they kept telling me won't deliver. Cowards. They won't come close to covid19. Delivery was to the main desk at Rush Copley.

Amazing bread sticks and cheese pizza

Good pizza but always an hour+ late.

They would be better off not to offer delivery at all.Supposed to be 50 mins. Always turns into 1.5 hours with promise that it’s “on the way”. Do yourself a favor and pick up or don’t bother at all.

The customer service at this place is usually top notch... The complete opposite of the other pizza places around here. You can tell that the employees like their jobs and the company they work for.

Extremely helpful service with pizza made to request. No matter how off the wall. Ethan the manager jumps in to help anytime the other employees need a hand.

Worst f...ing pizza service. Left me on hold for over 10 minutes. Pizza was just bread with some cheese and almost no sauce. Would not recommend this place. Youre better off ordering from chuck e cheese.

Waste of time lying staff saying they called but didn't like my phone is stupid enough not to pick up a missed call or voice mail message then say they don't deliver here because someones was rob here a long time ago but order like in the morning got 2 pizzas like a couple months ago and we have cams now still no and i gave him my address first so why not then and still took my money off my card will not eat there no more anyway after that one incident with it invest plus now I'm hungry and piss you still took my money after I gave you my address first and wasted my time and lied thank I hate papa johns now.

Unfortunately, I couldn't give a negative review. Ordered on line at 9:01 with an estimated delivery of 9:30, then it changed to 9:50. I called the store at 10:35 and was told that delivery times are now 2 hours, because they got busy, but my pizza has already left the store and is on the way. The store is less than 1 mile away, its now 11:00 and I'm still waiting! After several calls complaining, they decided we could keep the pizzas for free, that are now over 1.5 hours old and not fresh! Thanks for nothing, will never do business with Papa Johns again! 11:10 finally arrived and yes it was cold!

So after waiting 3 1/2 hours I then called to see what was going on? "my driver just got back it should have been delivered," nope no pizzas here, "let me ask what he did with them." Phone hangs up.

We've ordered pizza online for carryout several times over the past couple months. Papa John's in general has some of my favorite pizza, and they definitely have the best coupons. I always order online for convenience, you can enter coupon codes and view all the specials and new featured items. I've had great experiences every time from this location, the staff are always very friendly and always ask if I need parmesan or red pepper flake packets. My pizza always seems to be ready at the lower end of the time estimate for pickup also. We ordered delivery one time, even though we are only about 8 minutes away from this location, it would not let us order. It makes us order from another Papa John's which is farther away in Aurora, this is a small location that probably only services a small area in Montgomery. We will definitely continue to order from this location for carryout.

Papa John's is my favorite for its pizza, service, and online deals.

We always order from this location. For the past 2 years we have used the app and have gotten our food no later than 40 minutes as promised. Well here we are over an hour so I call the store, the supervisor on duty tried calling the driver and said that his phone was left at the store. I asked for a refund and he says it will take a few days to show a credit back. The supervisor was nice, but now I had to explain to my child why we weren't getting a pizza she has been asking for all week. The supervisor said that the driver is the only one without a GPS, which to me is no excuse because all you have to do is type in the address in your cell phone and if the driver realized he didn't have his phone he should have gone back. I understand accidents happen, but this is unacceptable.

This restaurant is a joke... this is what happens when you have kids running a pizza restaurant. My pizza was supposed to be delivered in an hour and it comes in an hour and a half. I call to cancel and the manager says “my bad” “it’s been crazy busy”... I’m surprised he didn’t call me his “dude”. I will never order from papa johns again...

I ordered 2 large pizzas in January. I was informed that it should take 30 minutes for delivery. The wait was over 1.5 hours (more than 3 times what was quoted). I called a couple of days later and was informed they were short-staffed and was told they would credit me the same 2 large pizzas. After redeeming 1 of the 2, I called to redeem the 2nd and was told that no credit was associated with my account. I'm starting to think that I can't believe anything they tell me.

It was good I ordered a chicken with regular crust and tomato sauce. It was all right the one thing I will suggest to the owner is don't let your crust be so flourey at the end of it.
